At Inner Wealth Activation Hub, we believe in committed transformation. We provide clear clarity about our programs, structure, expectations, outcomes, and journey before onboarding any participant.

By enrolling in any of our programs or purchasing any of our products/services, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only for courses priced below ₹1000 in special justified cases.

• For all courses, programs, coaching, healing sessions, memberships, retreats, or offerings priced above ₹1000 – there is strictly NO REFUND.

• We enroll only serious, committed participants. Hence once payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.

2. No Refund After Access

Refunds are NOT applicable if any of the following have occurred:

• Login / course access provided

• Digital material downloaded

• Session attended (even 1 session)

• Participant has accessed any learning resource

Once access is issued, the program becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Special Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the below situations:

✔️ Duplicate Payment

If a customer is charged twice for the same transaction, the extra payment will be refunded.

✔️ Technical Payment Failure

If payment is deducted but access is not granted due to a system error, we will provide:

• Immediate support

• Either activation of access

• Or refund, if access cannot be provided

✔️ Wrong Amount Charged

If due to a technical issue an incorrect amount is charged, corrective action or refund support will be provided.

We are committed to full customer satisfaction and responsible support handling.

4. Free Clarity Calls

• Free clarity calls are subject to availability.

• These are complimentary support services and do not fall under any paid service refund scope.

5. Commitment & Responsibility Clause

Our programs are deeply transformational and require participation, commitment, and implementation.

Therefore:

• Lack of participation

• Lack of interest

• Personal reasons

• Change of mind

• Failure to take action

are NOT valid reasons for a refund.

Results depend on the individual’s effort, mindset, presence, and implementation.

6. How to Request Refund (Only for Valid Cases)

For valid refund eligibility cases (duplicate payment / technical failure), email us with:

• Name

• Registered email

• Proof of payment

• Reason for request

Payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted where applicable.

7. Jurisdiction

All refund disputes are governed by the legal jurisdiction of Dharwad, Karnataka, Bharat.

We may modify or update this refund policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated policy.
